QuestionHow do you know when the battery is fully charged?

- Answer You can tell by the 3 lights by the power button. If they are flashing it’s charging. They will be solid when fully charged. The photo shows it’s still charging.

- Answer Less, about 11 volts as most other current B+D handhelds. It does have 2.5 battery cells where most others in the lineup have 1.5 or 2 cells. It provides 35 AW for about 20 minutes.

QuestionI used my vacuum & emptied the container. I put it back together and all the lights are blinking like disco lights. I tried plugging it back in and the lights are going crazy blinking. I unplugged it in case it may catch on fire. It’s only a year old .

- Answer It depends on the model you purchased . Read the fine print in the user guide. Mine did not come with separate charging base.

- Answer it definitely runs longer than 15 minutes, probably closer to an hour, even on max power. it works well
