- Answer Yes, definitely. And it is quite simple. You would need Blackstone's Natural Gas conversion kit, model 5249.

- Answer The griddle top is removable, but there aren't any grill grates underneath. You would just have access to the open flame and burners. We do not recommend cooking over them as it can clog the burners.
