Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I rinse mine every time I use it. I haven’t had to charge it yet and I have used it about a month. This part is pure speculation from similar products. The magnets in the sonic toothbrushes wear out after around 3-4 months… wouldn’t be surprised if this was the same but I don’t know for certain. My only negative thought on it is that soap doesn’t really sud up a lot. But that’s not an issue with the unit as much as it is the soap.
