Does the bench fold up to the frame? null

Yes it does, leg attachment folds down and then all off the bench folds up nice with it....very cool space saving feature

Yes, it does. You remove the Seat Rail Knob, and carefully lift the Seat Rail, then lock it into the lifted position with the Seat Rail Knob. Follow the complete instructions on page 12 of the Owner's Manual which is available on the Nautilus website.
