“My Blendjet just wont start! I tried to charge it and now it wont work”

I purchased a blend jet2 on monday,april 24 at walmart in Birmingham,alabama,zip code 35235. I have charged the blender usins the usb cord,matched the arrows on base to the plastic container,put liquids in first and then put cooked sausage,eggs,bacon bits,milk. I have followed the instructions on your blue& white brochure(flyer) such as turning the unit upside down and pressing power button. Unit,blades still will not work,there is little or no food against the blades,no food resistance. I have pushed the power button once as per your instructions & the blades will not work and unable to get 20 seconds run. your blender is what I want and greatly dissapointed that it will not work even after following your instructions and trouble shooting recommendations!!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hoping you still have your blendjet. It’s been a while since you posted your question. There are markers that need to align to each other to function. The markers are located in the base and the clear cup. Turn until the meet and your blendjet will work. Hope this helps
