A:AnswerThe major difference between the two series appears to be the number of functions, with the Designer Series having the most settings. Blendtec also has a series of pro blenders. You can do a search for Blendtec/commercial. They both seem to be very rugged.
A:AnswerIn my experience it’s significantly better than Vitamix blenders. I had Vitamix E320 and I wasn’t impressed. They had to replace the canister because the blades had chipped. Also seems much quieter then Vitamix blenders I’ve used.
