Do they come with mounting brackets? null

The cameras come with both brackets and screws. I did not want to screw into my vinyl siding so I put velcro on the house and the back of the bracket to attach to the house.

Did the velcro mounted camera stay in place?

We do ship each camera with a mount and mounting hardware screws, the use of the included screws will create two holes in the surface of the wall.

Yes but ita better to spend $ 15 on Amazon and purchase other mounts which are easier to install and protect the cameras
