“It is stated "add on" camera. Does that mean I must purchase another item or will it work out of the box?”

• You would need to make sure that you had the Blink sync module, the sync module ships with all Blink System/Kit purchases. This add-on camera is just the camera to be added to any existing Blink system, it would not ship with the sync module needed to operate the Blink cameras.
