• I have several of these cameras looking through a window. Some work better than others. Daytime works good. Night is a problem because the little light comes on when activated and reflects in the glass.

• The Blink Mini 2 was not designed to function correctly while viewing through a window. Motion detection and night time image quality can be impacted; therefore, we do not recommend installation placement for viewing through a window or glass.

• Yes you can hang from fram and point outside.
