“The specs say it works down to -5. How are they defining “works”? Does the camera become totally inoperable at -10 outside temp? Or will you still receive a picture but the tilt function will not operate?”

Manual positioning, we havent had it that cold but, so far the weather hasnt affected it. I can sure hear the wind! Mine is facing the west and it's still working properly.
