Yes. One person needs to create the account and then give that information to whoever so they can login. You both need the app

It is connected through the Blink app, so I do not think you are limited to the number of phones that can connect

Hi Nancy, For another user to access your Blink account, they would need to download the Blink App onto their mobile device and log in with the same credentials that you currently use to do so.
