What type of batteries does it take null

Hi Askingforafriend, Great question! The Blink Outdoor 4 uses 2 AA lithium batteries (1.5V). They come pre-installed in the camera, so you're ready to go right out of the box. A few helpful details about the batteries: Battery life: Up to 2 years on a single set (based on typical usage) Recommended type: 1.5V AA lithium batteries (non-rechargeable). We recommend Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA batteries for best performance Not recommended: Alkaline or rechargeable NiMH batteries — these won't provide optimal performance, especially in extreme temperatures Lithium batteries are ideal for this camera because they perform well in both hot and cold outdoor conditions, which is important for a weather-resistant outdoor camera. We hope this helps!
