They start you off with a free trial. But you don't need a contract. If you get the sync module you get put a flash drive on it to save videos.

No , I don’t have an account. Just hook it up to WiFi and it will notify you when motion sensor detects.

There is a subscription for our cloud storage, but customers are not required to use it. Another storage option is local storage, activated by plugging a USB flash drive into a Sync Module 2. Local storage has no recurring fee to use the feature. Either of these storage options will let you view clips remotely from your phone.
