• The doorbells only work on the 2.4Ghz WIFI frequency.

• Blink cameras can't operate offline and require a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Internet connection. One important reason is because cameras use Wi-Fi to send images and notifications. Blink systems minimally require a high speed connection of at least 2 Mbps upload speed.

• I have a 5G Network. Worked during the trial period. When it was over it didn't store to the sync module. I was told to set up a guest Wi-Fi which is 2.4 and use it. I had another issue as well so they sent me a new camera and a second trial period. When trial is over I will see if leaving it on the 5G will work or if I need to move it to Guest 2.4 .
