• My best guess is that it can NOT be returned, because some folks have a malicious mind set, and will attempt to get the code off the back and use it without removing the "Scratch Off" material and in essences will have a card that is useless and once trying to return it will be considered theft at that point.

• when I had returned one unused they would only give me store credit.
