I got one of those on line from best buy for my mother but I couldn't get it to work with my network, then I found out the phone was not compatible with my network because they are 2G phones and I have a 4G network. I tried to return it but Bestbuy would not take it back because according to them it's policy if it's been more than 2 weeks since you received it they won't take it so I'm stuck with an unusable senior phone. Do you know anyone who can use it?
