• Mine came with a sticker on the outside of the box that had the IMEI and MEID numbers on it.

• When I bought my phone online from Best Buy. On the box it had a label which gives out all the information that you would need. It gives the FCC ID number the IMEI number MEID number and the contents of the box.

• Yes you can enter in *#06# and click call even if you don't have the phone connected to a service plan. The IMEI number should be displayed.
