A:AnswerThat explains why my phone is not compatible. I didn't know that Verizon had purchased Tracfone. That's too bad and seems like bait and switch but there's not a lot I can do about it now. It works well when I'm abroad, with a sim card but while I'm home, it's basically a camera.
