- Answer Yes, if you have your WiFi on and are connected to it it should default to WiFi over cellular connection.

- Answer Yes, All GSM Blu phone will work on Freedompop service. You should not have any problem buying any Blu phones, they are fast and great cell phone at an affordable price. FreedomPop uses another carrier's towers to provide its cellular service and they added AT&T in late 2016.
