“If i choose activate today do i need to activate the phone or can i just use it without activating it”

• Come unlocked, so u can use ur sim card or buy a new one , with out sim , u can use only like a tablet

• If you buy the phone today, yes you will be able to turn it on but you will not be able to call/text people. I suggest you get it activated as soon as possible or if you already had a sim card from another phone and it is currently working just stick that sim in this phone.
