“I went to Metropcs and bought a new Sim card. I try to get it connected but the lady said that this phone won't read the Sim card and have to go back to Best Buy and have them fix it. Is the phone the problem or sim card? Anyone have any prob with this?”

The BLU V5 is compatible with Metro PCS. The SIM slot takes a nano SIM. Make sure they provide you with the correct sized SIM. If you need help, Best Buy's Mobile store personnel will be more than happy to assist in the process.
