“I have a Blu v50 phone I bought in 2021.and some times when I get a text message it will not make any sound and other times it will. I can get text and it will alert me and then I can get another text and will not make any sound.”

• We recommend wiping the cache/data on your messaging application. This can be found in settings>apps>messages>storage>wipe data.
