“The battery is removable? If not how do you insert the sim card? I will need to put inside an Italian sim card? Will work in Italy? Thanks”

• Sim card goes in the side of the phone. You don't need to remove battery. I use mine in Mexico

• The battery is not removable. It’s having a SIM card slot. Just the same way like iPhone or Samsung does. The phone is unlocked you can use it anywhere with any SIM card. I used mine while I was in Jamaica and Africa as well.
