This company is in Destin Florida. Do they make this phone there? That may be so. BLU does not skimp on their product. The cost is extremely low, in relation to the market. My V81 has not let me down in any respect. The case durable, and already paid for itself when it went down a few steps.
Sure Amazon has more options.. but it does come with both.
