• Yes. It's the sim card that makes it compatible. Ask the phone carrier for a sim card.

• For anyone that wants to purchase the Blu V81 to use on tmobile/sprint DONT NOT IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR NETWORK. EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD BY BB CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTORE AND ONLINE THAT IT WAS COMPATIBLE I WOULD HATE FOR YOU TO HAVE TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE FOR FALSE INFORMATION. TMOBILE/SPRINT SAID ITS A FOREIGNPHONE CAN NIT BE USED ON THEIR NETWORK....
