• It does NOT work with Total Wireless. I had to switch to Straight Talk.

• This is a GSM phone. It works with AT&t service. I don't believe it will work on the Verizon network for phone calls. It is 4G network. My phone connected effortlessly to TracFone. So, yes you can connect it to other providers.

• You will have to purchase a unlocked phone so you can use it with most carriers.

• Works with AT & T, T-Mobile, Straight Talk and a few other providers. Good phone for the price.
