QuestionHow do I insert the simcard for the BLU V9 please? I bought the phone today and was trying to open but had no success. The manual doesn't show how.

- Answer Don't pry it open! It has a flex strip attached to the front and back. There should be a tool in your box that resemble's a straight line. Push it in the hole besides the card placement fixture, and the fixture will pop out.

- Answer Hello Mobile works on the Sprint Network. Many of unlocked phones will not work on the network. Straight Talk works on a variety of networks.

- Answer Yes it is. In fact, it ONLY likes Android Auto and won't pair with or stay connected to Chevy MyLink/Cadillac CUE, Toyota Entune/Lexus Enform or Ford Sync systems of any kind UNLESS they too have Android Auto support built in. (I have a 2018 Toyota Tundra with said Entune system and it won't stay paired to said system).

- Answer The BLU V9 takes a nano-SIM. I'm not sure what you are referring to with regard to V9 and V2 SIMs. Make sure you get a SIM that will work on the T Mobile network. This device will not work on the old Sprint network.
