• yes it supports 4G LTE as well as VoLTE (if enabled by the service provider). The big if here is the service provider of your country recognizes this phone as 4G LTE supported phone. I have tried "forcing" it for a SIM I'm trying to work with internationally (INDIA - JIO) and it isn't working!

• The Blu V9 phone is 4G LTE. The phone does have Dual SIM slots. The phone is a International phone. The phone will work on any GSM network (AT&T or T-Mobile) not CDMA (Sprint or Verizon).
