- Answer It'll only overheat when playing intense games and/or running multiple apps at once (of course I'm using my phone protector case so that could be a reason for excessive heat buildup)...

QuestionWhen I went to activate this phone, I was told by ATT it could not be activated because it has 3G capabilities. To verify this, I found on the ATT site that it doesn't accept ANY Blu devices. Yet, on this webpage, it says it does work on ATT. Which is it?

- Answer Yes, this device is meant to work with any GSM unlocked SIM card based service provider that allows unlocked phones. The V9 does have 4G LTE capabilities.
