• Yes! As long as you keep it away from water. I don't think this would be moisture proof as to being immersed in water. There are four or five openings on this phone which water could penetrate. I sure wouldn't chance swimming with it.

• This Blu phone is not. I've gotten the screen wet a couple of times already without any issues. But it clearly says it is not water resistant. Sorry.
