“When I went to activate this phone, I was told by ATT it could not be activated because it has 3G capabilities. To verify this, I found on the ATT site that it doesn't accept ANY Blu devices. Yet, on this webpage, it says it does work on ATT. Which is it?”

• Yes, this device is meant to work with any GSM unlocked SIM card based service provider that allows unlocked phones. The V9 does have 4G LTE capabilities.

• Ordered this phone and was told it was compatible with my at&t service. At&t is not compatible with any Blu at all. I had to return it due to this problem
