“How do I insert the simcard for the BLU V9 please? I bought the phone today and was trying to open but had no success. The manual doesn't show how.”

• Don't pry it open! It has a flex strip attached to the front and back. There should be a tool in your box that resemble's a straight line. Push it in the hole besides the card placement fixture, and the fixture will pop out.

• You use the little key they give you. If you don’t have that you can use a sewing needle or pin. You find the space for the sim card on the side of the phone. There’ll be a tiny hole. Insert the key or pin into that hole and press it in. It will eject the tray a bit and you slide it out, lay the SIM card I it (only fits one way) and reinsert it. Hope that helps.
