It contains corrupt Google software. Check forums online. Return to BestBuy before 14 days. If you had the phone longer then go thru Blu. They refer you to a warranty dealer. Take many pictures of your phone before sending . Check dealer reviews. Turnaround on your phone more than 4 weeks. Blu does not plan on fixing issue and will keep selling BRICK phones.
