“How do I enable the quick settings pull down menu? When I pull down from the top I just get notifications, but no settings like wifi, bluetooth, sound, etc. Thanks”

At the bottom of your screen, there are various icons. find the one that has a little arrow on top. Normally it is on top of the Google icon. Slide the little arrow up, you will see all your apps, then look for the gear icon. Click on it and you will find all your setting. If you want to move the gear icon to the front of your screen, keep your finger on top of it and you will be able to move it where you want it. Good luck.
