“I bought this phone, a byop AT&T sim card, & $40 monthly prepaid card from best buy in tyler, tx..... & for some reason AT&T wont let me activate sim card nor create an account with the montly pre-paid plan i purchased from best buy????? HELP PLZ”

• We had the same issue and were told that they no longer support this phone.
