“This device says it's compatible with T-mobile (GSM) who now owns Sprint. Sprint was CDMA but is now using T-mobile's GSM network. The Sprint agent as well as the website says based on the IMEI this phone isn't compatible. Who is right?”

• I use att which is GSM and it works just fine.

• This device is compatible with T-Mobile. However, you may want to check with T-Mobile/Sprint if they are still using CDMA towers.
