• No I haven't used it with Verizon ,but about a month ago blu put out an automatic update and it changed all my setting and I thought I had done something to cause My phone to freakout. Turned out as I said that the update changed all My settings. I took it to My phone tech and Bestbuy where I bought it and they were stumped. Through partial memory and desperate hackeing I got My settings right. Now I am stuck with a spare phone because I thought I was screwed. So now It sits in My desk at work until a real phone failure happens. I don't know if this will help you on your path to get your phone right ,but I hope it does.
