I am not so sure how to give an answer without getting you confused. My carrier/service provider is Ultra Mobile based in Europe, but here in the US, they use T-Mobile Network to offer their services and without a contract. My BLU V9 is unlocked. this means that I can use it across all GSM networks, AT&T, T-Mobile etc, not compatible with Verizon or CDMA-enabled platforms. More importantly, it is a 4G with HD.
