• No, the BLU cell phone is not compatible with international use.

• I bought this phone more than 2 years ago and 've been able to use in South America by buying a sim card from the country I'm visiting without any problem. If it's unlocked it should work anywhere

• I dont know about this specific phone, but have had no problems using blu phones overseas. it is unlocked and compatible with GSM
