Is good for a page Plus null

I see that Page Plus is meant for CDMA network (Sprint, Verizon, etc). As far as I know, Vivo One is a GSM phone. It works on GSM networks such as ATT, T-Mobile, Mint, and any other GSM network. It is a very nice phone for the money ... but it does not work on CDMA network as far as I know.
