• Yes it will. It'll work with all GSM SIM cards. The only carriers it won't work on are Verizon and Sprint, and their subsidiaries, like Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile.

• Only if your straight talk is GSM. They use both CDMA & GSM carriers. CDMA carriers wont work on this phone.
