The Best buy site says it works with Sprint and Verizon. Buy the phone and check it out. If it does not return the phone. There will be no restock fee if Best buy are the ones in error.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I got it to work with my Pre-Paid Verizon plan. I bought this 12-1-2019 to use with my Verizon Pre-Paid plan. I got it to work very easily, but not with the help of the Verizon owned Verizon store I went to (they tried it and couldn't get it to work, and said it wasn't compatible). I was going to return the phone to Best Buy, but I decided to put the SIM card in the slot designed for a micro SD card using the adapter that BLU includes with the phone. When I put the SIM card in the slot designed for a micro SD card using the adapter, the phone immediately gave me a message that it was connected to the Verizon Network, and the phone work fine. I can make and receive texts and calls and use the internet of course. So in order for the BLU - Vivo XI+ with 64GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) to work on the Verison Network you have to put the SIM card in the Micro SD slot using the SIM card adapter provided with the phone. So the down side is you can't add a SD card in this instance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No...does not work with Verizon (regular not pre-paid). Phone would connect for messages, but not for voice calls. BB had me take the phone to a nearby Verizon company store....they tried different SIM cards but could not get it to connect. BB gave me a refund... took a few hours of my time. Poor experience.

Please try again later.Yes, Blu and Verizon have recently announced the Vivo XL and Vivo XL+ are eligible to be activated on Verizon, and as of 1/4/2019 Verizon is offering a $150 prepaid Mastercard if you port in a number. Details are at: https://www.verizonwireless.com/featured/unlocked-phones/blu-vivo-ix/
