• Look on BLUs website, mine only takes 1& I use AT&T. They take a plethora of carriers honestly

• Are you asking about the sim or the SD card? You don't need 2 SD cards or Sims. To insert the sim & SD, on the left side of your phone (phone facing you) is a little drawer. The should have been a tool in your box to open that drawer with, it is silver with a pointed end. You push the pointed end into the hole & the drawer should open. It holds both the sim & the SD. How that helps.
