It sounds as if you need to reset your filter timer and we are happy to help! After 5 months of continual use, your filter light will turn yellow. This indicates that it will be time for your filter change in one month, and it is time to order a new filter. After 6 months of continual use, your filter light will then turn from yellow to red indicating it is time to change the filter. Turn on the unit and press and hold the main button for 10-45 seconds until the light disappears.
