“I just changed my filter then reset the purifier. Now the white light is back on but the purifier is not running at any speed. Is it broken or is there something I can do to get it to run?”

Hi Coco, it does sound like something isn't functioning properly. Please unplug and check that you have inserted the replacement filter correctly and that all the parts have been carefully returned to position, plug in the device and try turning on the on/off button again.
