“Is this to remain turned on and left on or only for bedtme?”

• Its really a matter of preference. When I first purchased I did run it continuously for about 36 hours. It is my first purifier so i figured my home needed to be "purged" lol. After that I have used for and hour here and sometimes all day. It's a great purifier and is definitely worth the investment!

• I leave mine on all the time on the low setting. It is super quiet and does not affect my sleep (it is right next to my bed).
