- Answer Check with Best Buy INSTALLER. YOU DON'T want to cut dash to install new radio. You always want to be able to reinstall orginal if you want to sell even if it does not work

- Answer Follow the steps below to do a System Reset Press and hold the source button until the radio shuts off. Press the knob once. Turn the knob to INITIAL. Press the knob once. Turn the knob to SYSTEM RESET. Press the knob twice. If needed, please contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1. They will walk you through the steps.

- Answer I needed: SiriusXM - Connect Satellite Radio Vehicle Tuner - Black Model:SXV300V1 SKU:8110015 and: Metra - Speaker Connector for Select Volkswagen Vehicles - Black Model:VW-9000 SKU:643628 You may need a different speaker connector for your vehicle. Mine was for a '99 MB E320 which used a VW connector. Best Buy should be able to tell you which speaker connector you need.
