You can call in for support over the phone. They are vary helpful. You can also use their website Bobsweep.com for support and videos. We now have 2 Bobsweep and can start them with our IPad or by pushing the button on the remote or vacuum to get them going. With a German Shepard they are usually full when done.

Yes. When you purchase a bobsweep you will be guided to download the Bobsweep app. The app gives step by step instructions on getting started with Bob. You won't want to delete it afterwards though, because that same app will give you the ability to help Bob perform better in your home. Example: you can cut areas of your Floorplan or that you do not want Bob to venture into.
