“Does this does well on shag carpet or transitioning from tile to thick carpets?”

• Doesn’t do well using basic setup with shag carpet, but they telll you how to modify so it will work. As to transitions, I m guessing if you modify it for shag it should transition fine, you would have to judge if tile cleaning is the same quality.
