• Hello there! The serial number can be located in two places: On the side panel of the bObsweep box and on the Bob SLAM unit. To locate the serial number on the Bob unit, you would simply remove the dustbin, flip Bob upside down so the wheels are facing upwards, and you should see a white sticker where the serial number is printed. That said, the serial number would not be required to have Bob clean or to connect him with your WiFi or bObsweep app.
